Title IX Training Materials
Section 106.45(b) of the 2020 Final Title IX Rules requires all institutions to publish materials used for training Title IX coordinators, investigators, decision makers, and persons who facilitate informal resolutions on the College's website or make these materials available upon request for inspection by members of the public.
Title IX training and education at Clark State is an ongoing and continuous endeavor.
