Annual Sponsorship Form
Monthly Digital Package – $300 per option, per month
  • Option 1:
    Monthly recognition (4 days in 28 consecutive days) on Clark State’s digital sign, located on Leffel Lane. Recognition includes your logo, website and/or contact information.
  • Option 2:
    Recognition on the PAC digital LED screens during one PAC show of your choosing. Provide you own digital slide design (1920 x 1080 pixels), or provide your logo and verbiage for us to create your digital slide for you.
Monthly Plus+ Digital Package – $550 per month
  • Monthly recognition (4 days in 28 consecutive days) on Clark State’s digital sign, located on Leffel Lane. Recognition includes your logo, website and/or contact information.
  • Recognition on the PAC digital LED screens during one PAC show of your choosing. Provide you own digital slide design (1920 x 1080 pixels), or provide your logo and verbiage for us to create your digital slide for you.

Annual Website Package – $2,500
  • Annual Recognition (12 months) on Clark State’s (www.clarkstate.edu) and the Clark State PAC (https://pac.clarkstate.edu/) homepages. Your logo will be included in a carousel element with our other sponsors highlighting your support.
Annual Plus+ Digital Package – $4,000
  • Annual recognition (8 days a month for 12 months) on Clark State’s digital sign, located on Leffel Lane. Recognition includes your logo, website and/or contact information.
  • Annual Recognition (12 months) on Clark State’s (www.clarkstate.edu) and the Clark State PAC (https://pac.clarkstate.edu/) homepages. Your logo will be included in a carousel element with our other sponsors highlighting your support.

Annual Elite Digital Package – $7,500
  • Annual recognition (8 days a month for 12 months) on Clark State’s digital sign, located on Leffel Lane. Recognition includes your logo, website and/or contact information.
  • Annual Recognition (12 months) on Clark State’s (www.clarkstate.edu) and the Clark State PAC (https://pac.clarkstate.edu/) homepages. Your logo will be included in a carousel element with our other sponsors highlighting your support.
  • Annual recognition on the PAC digital LED screens during all PAC performances. Provide your own digital slide design (1920 x 1080 pixels), or provide your logo and verbiage for us to create your digital slide for you.
  • Clark State will post 2 times about your business over a 12-month period on our @clarkstate social media channels (Facebook-9,054 followers, LinkedIn-11,101 followers, X-1,897 Followers and
  • Instagram-1,508 followers). Please provide info that you would like us to highlight about your business, as well as your social handles so that we can tag the correct business.

Community Supporter: $750

Clark State College Recognition and Promotion:
  • Clark State graduation, mentor and scholarship events.
Clark State Performing Arts Center Recognition:
  • Show sponsor of one Clark State PAC show of your choice. (There may be more than one sponsor per show.)
  • Receive two (2) complimentary tickets to your sponsored show.
  • Sponsorship recognition displayed on the digital LED screens in the PAC Lobby during your sponsored show. Recognition includes your logo, website or contact information

Light Pole Banner: $1,000

Promote your business on Clark State’s campus!
  • Prime placement of a light pole banner on Main campus (Leffel Lane), Greene Center (Beavercreek) or Downtown Springfield (PAC, HBC, or BEC).
  • Includes one (1) light pole banner at your chosen campus location.
  • Provide your own banner design, or provide your logo and verbiage for us to create for you.

Create Your Own Package:
We are happy to create a customized package (large or small) to meet your individual or organization’s needs. Please identify your event(s) of interest on your pledge card.

Community Advocate: $1,500

Clark State College Recognition and Promotion:
  • Recognition at all graduation, mentor and scholarship events.
  • Recognition two (2) times per year on Clark State’s digital sign, located on Leffel Lane .
  • Name recognition in Presidential Awards Banquet program.
Clark State College Special Events and Complimentary Tickets:
  • Two (2) tickets to Presidential Awards Banquet.
Clark State Performing Arts Center Recognition:
  • Show sponsor of one Clark State PAC show of your choice. (There may be more than one sponsor per show.)
  • Four (4) complimentary tickets to your sponsored PAC show.
  • Sponsorship recognition on the PAC digital LED screens during your sponsored show. Recognition includes your logo, website or contact information.
  • Company logo included in event-related marketing and company name listed on the PAC website.

Community Partner: $3,500

Clark State College Recognition and Promotion:
  • Recognition at all graduation, mentor and scholarship events.
  • Recognition four (4) times per year on Clark State’s digital sign, located on Leffel Lane.
  • Company logo in the Presidential Award Banquet program.
Clark State College Special Events and Complimentary Tickets:
  • Four (4) tickets to Presidential Awards Banquet.
Clark State Performing Arts Center Recognition:
  • Exclusive show sponsorship of one Clark State PAC show of your choice. (No other organization will share show sponsorship.)
  • Ten (10) complimentary tickets to your sponsored PAC show.
  • Sponsorship recognition on the PAC digital LED screens during your sponsored show. Recognition includes your logo, website or contact information.
  • Company logo included in select event-related marketing materials and PAC website.
  • Use of Hall of Honor to host a private, pre-show reception (up to 30 people and must be scheduled in advance).
  • Meet and Greet with the artists (based on artist approval).

Community Leader: $7,500

Clark State Performing Arts Center Recognition:
  • Season sponsorship of all shows in the Clark State PAC Season. (There may be more than one sponsor per show.)
  • Two (2) complimentary tickets to each show in the Clark State PAC Season.
  • Sponsorship recognition on the PAC digital LED screens during every show. Recognition includes your logo, website or contact information.
  • Company logo included in select season-related marketing materials and PAC website.
  • Meet and Greet with the artists (based on artist approval).
  • One (1) VIP backstage tour of the PAC for up to six (6) guests (must be scheduled in advance).
  • Complimentary concessions at each PAC show (water, soda, snacks).
