By submitting this form, your organization pledges to support the Clark State Scholars Program and its vision to support local youth as they prepare for college and the workforce by:
- Promoting this mentor volunteer opportunity to your staff
- Providing interested employees the information to complete the online Mentor Application and Agreement
- Permitting employees one hour per month to provide mentor support to Clark State Scholars
