New Student Orientation
We are offering orientation through online and in-person options. See more information below for the best option for you!
- The online option is a self-guided, interactive presentation of everything you need to know to get started at Clark State. Students choosing the online option will need to complete our First Year Placement Evaluation followed by scheduling an advising appointment to register for courses.
- The in-person orientation is an engaging experience where students can complete orientation, and even testing/advising. It is preferred for students choosing the in-person option to have completed placement testing, submitted transcripts to Clark State or have self-placed prior to attending this orientation. Students that are unsure of what the best method of placement can contact their advisor or complete the First Year Placement Evaluation. We will do our best to accommodate all testers the day of and register all students in attendance given all steps of enrollment are complete prior to orientation
