Clark State College in partnership with ed2go will continue to offer affordable online professional development courses available to those in the workforce seeking to enhance or expand their skills.

Lesli Beavers, director of Clark State workforce and business solutions, said there is a wide range of topics and courses available including a veterinary assistant series and diversity training for employees and managers.

“We are excited to highlight our development opportunities to help individuals grow both professionally and personally,” said Lesli Beavers, director of Clark State workforce and business solutions. “These opportunities range from learning new skills, or staying current, in computer applications, social media marketing, project management, and leadership to personal development including learning new languages, digital photography and more.”

The Online Instruction Center offers a wide range of highly interactive courses led by expert instructors, many of whom are nationally known authors. The online courses are affordable, fast, and convenient.

Kelly Bernhard, account manager at ed2go said Clark State offers online courses for professional development, personal interest and career training.

“The courses were selected based on high-demand in the area,” she said. “While these courses will continue to be offered, we will add new courses to meet new and current demand, as opportunities develop.”

Clark State and ed2gof have partnered to provide continuing education since 1999. Most course offerings are self-paced.

 “We will be highlighting new opportunities every month, but we encourage individuals to look at the full catalog and start learning a new skill today,” Beavers said.
