Applications for the Fall 2015 Registered Nursing programs are now being accepted. Information about the application and acceptance process and the application form are located on the Health Programs Petitioning/Application Process web page. The deadline to submit the application for the Registered Nursing Day, Registered Nursing Evening, LPN to RN Transition Day (Springfield), and Paramedic to RN (Greene Center) programs is February 15, 2015. The deadline to submit the application to the LPN to RN Transition (Bellefontaine location) program is June 15, 2015.
